EXPERT'S CONFERENCE IN PULA

16. in 17. septembra 2004 je potekalo v Pulju strokovno srecanje o varstvu in revitalizaciji Avstro-Ogrske utrdbene zapuscine, ki ga je organizirala hrvaska spomeniskovarstvena sluzba. Srecanja so se udelezili strokovnjaki in studentje iz Hrvaske, Crne gore, Poljske, Avstrije in Ceske republike. On 16th and 17th September 2004 an expert conference devoted to preservation of Austria-Hungarian fortification heritage, organised by Croatian conservation services took place in Pula, Croatia. The conference was attended by experts and students from Croatia, Montenegro, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic. Urednik te strani se je srecanja udelezil na povabilo puljskega odseka NUF (Nacionalno zdruzenje za fortifikacije) in je bil zaradi delovnih obveznosti zal prisoten le na drugem dnevu. Vendar so bili tudi ogled utrdb na sicer zaprtem obmocju Brionov in kratka priloznostna predavanja zanimivo dozivetje. The editor of this site was invited to the conference through the Pula branch of Croatian NUF (National Association for Fortifications) and was due to the work obligations able to participate only on the second day. But even just the visit to some of the fortifications on the otherwise closed Brioni Islands area and short on-site lectures were good experience. Home Day Counter We've had hits today!
