Zlatko Devedzic and his companions from the Pula branch of the NUF (National Union for Fortifications, Croatia) have on January 30 organised a lecture about the disused underground coastal battery Svetica near Pula and presented their efforts to preserved it and find her new life as a museum and meeting place. About 40 people attended the lecture and half of them proceed to the night visit of Svetica's underground galleries.
Their next lecture will be on February 20 and the theme the Cold War. Entrance fee 20 kn.
Pula (Pola), once the main military harbour of the Austria-Hungary empire and later Italian and Yugoslav base abounds with fortifications from all these periods. Now being part of Croatia most of these heritage is no longer used in military and awaits the new purpose. Zlatko and his friends have already found it for Fort Bourguignon and now Svetica, but there is still a lot to do.

Zlatko Devedzic in njegovi prijatelji iz puljske sekcije NUF (Nacionalna udruga za fortifikacije, Hrvaska) so 30. januarja organizirali predavanje o opuscenih podzemnih polozajih obalne baterije na Svetici pri Puli. Predstavili so svoje napore za njeno obnovo v muzej in klubski prostor.
Predavanja se je udelezilo okrog 40 ljudi, polovica teh pa je odsla tudi na nocni ogled podzemlja na Svetici.
Naslednje predavanje na temo hladne vojne bo 30. februarja. Vstopnina bo 20 kun.
Pulj (Pula, Pola), nekdaj glavno vojasko pristanisce avstroogrskega cesarstva in nato italijanska in jugoslovanska vojna baza ima obilico utrdb. Sedaj v Hrvaski te utrdbe niso vec uporabljane kot vojaski objekti in cakajo na novo vlogo. Zlatko in njegovi kolego so jo ze nasli za Fort Bourguignon in sedaj za Svetico, a jih caka se veliko dela.
