REDIPUGLIA 21.5.2006
SREDIPOLJE 21.5.2006
.
This May's re-enactment in Redipuglia (Sredipolje) on Karst plateau was no doubt a great event. Not just because of the number of participants (they came from Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and Slovenia) but also because of the great, friendly atmosphere. Yet again in his script Roberto Todero find a way to make the event both proper commemoration for the memory of the victims of the Great War and attractive and educational enough for the numerous visitors. This year he successfully introduced the character of Alice Schalek, the first woman war correspondent. She actually visited the Isonzo front (Soska fronta) and wrote a book about that. The following photos by Pavel Car and A.J.Potocnik demonstrate well the air of the event. |
Spodnje fotografije, posnela sva jih Pavel Car in A.J. Potocnik, povzemajo vzdusje: |
