Pomoc 1313
As you may have heard the cities of Kobarid (Caporetto) and Bovec (Flitsch, Plezzo) were on Monday 12. July hit by a 4.7 degrees strong earthquake. Over 400 houses were damaged and one hiker died under the falling rocks. Many buildings were damaged so severely that had to be evacuated and their inhabitants were left without a roof over their heads. Among those hit by the earthquake is also our comrade Ales Lipovec, a member of the 1313 re-enactment association. An apartment block where Ales has lived with his parents has suffered severe structural damage and is marked for demolition. His friends are storing their furniture while they found temporary sheltering in a holiday cottage. We, the members of IR87 Association and IR17 Group, have decided to collect some symbolic aid and send it to Ales. We are appealing to all the members of similar association or even just friends of military history to do likewise and send an expression of solidarity or some material aid to Ales on his address:

Kot gotovo ze veste, je mesti Kobarid in Bovec v ponedeljek 12.7.stresel potres 4,7. stopnje. Poskodovanih je preko 400 his in pod padajocim kamenjem je umrl turist. Veliko his bodo morali zaradi poskodb podreti in tako bodo spet mnogi ostali brez strehe nad glavo. Med prizadetimi je tudi nas tovaris iz znane ponazoritvene skupine 1313, Ales Lipovec. Blok, v katerem so stanovali Ales in njegova starsa, je utrpel hude poskodbe in ga bodo verjetno porusili. Njihovo pohistvo so shranili prijatelji, medtem ko so sami nasli zacasno zatocisce v neki vikend hisici. Clani drustva IR87 in skupine IR17 smo se odlocili zbrati simbolicno denarno pomoc in jo poslati Alesu. Pozivamo tudi vse kolege iz sorodnih skupin in vse prijatelje starih uniform in vojaskozgodovinskih ponazoritev, da storijo enako in se Alesu oglasijo bodisi z izrazi podpore ali z materialno pomocjo na naslov:
